Questions常见问题

Do I need my own website or domain?我需要自己的网站或域名吗？
  • No. You get your own page at tuition.aoecentre.org/your-name straight away. You can add your own domain later.不需要。你马上就有自己的网址：tuition.aoecentre.org/你的名字。之后也可以换成自己的域名。
Who holds the fees parents pay?家长付的学费谁收？
  • You do. Online payments go to your own HitPay account in your name. AOE Centre never holds your money.你自己。网上付款直接进你名下的 HitPay 账户，AOE Centre 不经手你的钱。
What about students’ personal data?学生的个人资料怎么处理？
  • It belongs to you. We only use it to run your pages, never sell it, and remove details of students who have left after the time you choose.资料属于你。我们只用来运作你的页面，绝不出售，学生离开后按你设定的时间删除。
Can I stop any time?可以随时停止吗？
  • Yes. Your pages stay open until the end of the months you paid for. Months paid ahead are not refunded.可以。你的页面会开到已付月份结束。预付的月份不退款。
